Sweet Corn Cake

Ingredients (6 portions)

flour corn 135 gram
sugar 135 gram
cornmeal 65 gram
baking powder 1.5 teaspoon
salt 0.5 teaspoon
corn 150 gram
butter 225 gram
water 120 ml
cream full 60 ml

Instructions (10 min. prep, 70 min. total)

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degree Celsius.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients, e.g. flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. Roughly chop fresh corn and add to mix.
  4. Add & mix well wet ingredients, e.g. butter, water, cream.
  5. Pour mix into baking form.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes.
