Instructions (10 min. prep, 300 min. total)
- Mix together the spices: chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika/chipotle.
- Cut the meat into 3cm cubes.
- Add the meat to a large frying pan / wok.
- Cut the onions into 1cm cubes.
- Cut the garlic into 1mm slices.
- All all together and mix well in pan / wok.
- Pour the orange and lime juice over everything.
- Cover and simmer for 5 hours on medium heat.
- Stir once halfway through cooking.
- Shred the meet using two forks.
- Without the juices, spread the meat onto a baking sheet.
- Brown the meat in oven for 5 minutes until crispy brown.
