alioli

aioli, allioli or aïoli is a cold emulsion of pure taste

Ingredients (2 portions)

Ingredients Quantity Unit
garlic 2 cloves
salt 1 bedarf
egg 1 piece
lemon 1 piece
olive oil 100 ml

Instructions (5 min. prep, 5 min. total)

  1. Extract the egg yolk from a large egg.
  2. Let it reach room temperature.
  3. Chop the garlic until nihilism hits.
  4. Mix it all.
