Ingredients (2 portions)

beef 300 gram
bell pepper 1 piece
onion 1 piece
cheese 100 gram
bread baguette 1 piece
garlic 2 clove
salt 1 prise
pepper 1 prise
oregano 1 prise
basil 1 prise
thyme 1 prise
mustard dijon 20 gram
[slow-cooking]
broth 300 ml
onion 1 piece

Instructions (30 min. prep, 45 min. total)

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree grill.
  2. Cut the beef into 3mm thick long slices.
  3. Slice the onion into 2mm thick rings.
  4. Slice the garlic into submillimeter thick slices.
  5. Marinate beef with salt, pepper, basil, thyme, oregano, onion and garlic.
  6. Mix the beef with oil and shake well.
  7. Cut the bell pepper into 3mm thick slices.
  8. Grate and slice some cheese.
  9. Toast the baguette on its inside.
  10. Heat a pan and fry the onion and bell peppers.
  11. Remove the onions and bell peppers when browned and soft.
  12. Turn up the heat high and quick fry the beef for 2 minutes.
  13. Spread a layer of dijon mustard on the baguette.
  14. Place some grated cheese on X portions baguette.
  15. Place some onions and bell peppers.
  16. Place a few slices of the beef on top.
  17. Place more onions and bell peppers.
  18. Add more grated and slices cheese.
  19. Place the baguettes into the oven to melt the cheese.
  20. Repeat for the next X portions of baguette.
  21. For slow cooked version, mix all and place into device.
  22. Heat the device to constant 60 degree for 90 minutes.
