Instructions (30 min. prep, 60 min. total)
- Peel the raw potatoes.
- Grate the potatoes in thin 5 x 50 mm slices.
- Heat the butter in a pan to medium heat.
- Add one portion of the grated potatoes.
- Fry until golden-brown.
- Flip the rösti after 15 min.
- Add more butter.
- Slide rösti back in for another 15 min.
- For extra essentials :p, add grated gruyere cheese

You can bake the roesti with the cheese in the oven to keep them warm and serve at the same time.
