Instructions (30 min. prep, 60 min. total)
- Cut the bell peppers into halves.
- Butter the baking form or glass bowl.
- Place the peppers cut-side up inside.
- Add some water to cover bowl 1cm high.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree convection.
- Start boiling some washed rice.
- Fry the minced meat in some hot oil.
- Cut the onion into 3mm cubes.
- Once minced meat is brown, add the onion.
- Add the herbs and spices.
- Add some tomato paste or fresh if you dare!
- Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Once the rice is ready, mix all meat and rice.
- Mix in some of the grated cheese.
- Fill the bell peppers and stuff it tightly.
- Add grated cheese to cover the peppers.
- Heck, just add double the cheese!
- Add a bit of water to bowl.
- Bake in oven at 180 degree for 30 minutes.

herbs can be anything really - still need to experiment and research authentic ones.
