Instructions (2 min. prep, 10 min. total)
- Preheat the oven and plates at 60 degree.
- Spice the pork with salt and pepper.
- Roll the pork in flour.
- Wash and dry capers.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan.
- Fry the pork plätzli for 2 minutes.
- Keep the pork warm within the oven.
- Mix lemon juice and broth into the previous frying pan.
- Mix in capers and peppermint.
- Salt and pepper the mix.
- Add butter and flour while mixing.
- Simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.
- Add back pork plätzli into sauce.
- Serve immediately while hot.
