Instructions (20 min. prep, 210 min. total)
- Mix butter and sugar and egg until foamy.
- Mix in flour and hazelnuts.
- Split dough into two pieces.
- Roll into cylinder shape ca 3cm thick.
- Wrap in wrap and cool for 3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 160 degree convection.
- Prep a backing board with baking paper.
- Cut 1cm slickes off the cylinders.
- Bake for 10 minutes,
- Let it cool, man.
- Melt the white chocolate in a water bath.
- Spread some white chocolate over the cookies.
- Spread some pistachios over the cookies.
