Beef tartar asian-style

Ein asiatisches Schmankerl.

hüftsteak 250 gram
lemon grass 1 stick
cucumber 0.25 piece
olive oil 2 tablespoons
soy sauce 2 tablespoons
pepper 2 pinches

Instructions (10 min. prep, 60 min. total)

  1. Take the hüftsteak out of the fridge to warm up.
  2. Cut the lemon grass into 1mm cubes.
  3. Mix lemon grass, olive oil, soy sauce and pepper.
  4. Cut the cucumber in 5mm cubes.
  5. Cut the beef into thin slices.
  6. Hack each beef slice into a fine mash.
  7. Repeat.
  8. Repeat.
  9. Repeat.
  10. Mix everything.
