Hummus

Ingredients (4 portions)

chick peas 400 gram
lemon 1 piece
tahini 4 tablespoons
garlic 1 clove
olive oil 2 tablespoons
salt 1 teaspoon
kreuzkümmel/cumin 0.5 teaspoon
paprika spice 1 pinch
water 1 bedarf

Instructions (30 min. prep, 30 min. total)

  1. Mix tahini with lemon juice in a mixer for 2 minutes.
  2. The hummus should be creamy.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic, salt, kreuzkümmel and mix as well.
  4. Extract chick peas from can or precook as desired.
  5. Add half of the chick peas into mixing process.
  6. Add second half, and guess what to do next.
  7. Add a tablespoon of water to make the hummus creamy.
  8. For serving sprinkle olive oil and parika spice over the hummus.

Comments

Maximal eine Woche haltbar wenn luftdicht und kühl gelagert.
