Instructions (30 min. prep, 30 min. total)
- Mix tahini with lemon juice in a mixer for 2 minutes.
- The hummus should be creamy.
- Add olive oil, garlic, salt, kreuzkümmel and mix as well.
- Extract chick peas from can or precook as desired.
- Add half of the chick peas into mixing process.
- Add second half, and guess what to do next.
- Add a tablespoon of water to make the hummus creamy.
- For serving sprinkle olive oil and parika spice over the hummus.
