Instructions (15 min. prep, 35 min. total)
- Peal the potatoes.
- Cut potatoes into 1cm cubes.
- Do not wash them. Keep the starch on them.
- Heat up the olive oil to medium heat.
- Fry the raw potatoes for 20 minutes.
- Enjoy when golden brown.
