French Potatoes

potato 400 gram
olive oil 1 tablespoon

Instructions (15 min. prep, 35 min. total)

  1. Peal the potatoes.
  2. Cut potatoes into 1cm cubes.
  3. Do not wash them. Keep the starch on them.
  4. Heat up the olive oil to medium heat.
  5. Fry the raw potatoes for 20 minutes.
  6. Enjoy when golden brown.
