Tiny party snacks for an apero.

Ingredients (4 portions)

blätterteig 1 package
cream cheese 50 gram
bacon 50 gram
herbs 1 bedarf

Instructions (5 min. prep, 20 min. total)

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree.
  2. Cut the bacon into thin 3mm strips.
  3. Roll out the blätterteig.
  4. Spread the cream cheese as a thin layer.
  5. Sprinkle the bacon across the dough.
  6. Roll up the dough like a swiss roll.
  7. Cut the long roll into 1cm slices.
  8. Place on baking paper and bake for 15 minutes.
