Instructions (5 min. prep, 20 min. total)
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree.
- Cut the bacon into thin 3mm strips.
- Roll out the blätterteig.
- Spread the cream cheese as a thin layer.
- Sprinkle the bacon across the dough.
- Roll up the dough like a swiss roll.
- Cut the long roll into 1cm slices.
- Place on baking paper and bake for 15 minutes.
