potato 6 pieces
olive oil 3 tablespoons
vinegar 2 tablespoons
pickles 2 pieces
mustard seeded 1 teaspoon
salt 1 pinch
pepper 1 pinch
onion 1 piece
radish 2 spheres
chives 0.5 bunch

Instructions (30 min. prep, 630 min. total)

  1. Cook the potatoes - best a day before.
  2. Cut cool potatoes into 5mm slices.
  3. Cut onions into 3mm cubes.
  4. Cut pickles into 3mm cubes.
  5. Cut radish into 1mm slices.
  6. Mix oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
  7. Cut the chives and add as decoration.
