Instructions (10 min. prep, 20 min. total)
- Cut the beef into thin 5mm slices.
- Cut onions and garlic into small 3mm cubes.
- Crate the ginger.
- Heat the frying oil to 200 degree.
- Mix the corn starch with salt and pepper.
- Densely cover the beef with this mix. Really get it all over.
- Once the oil is really hot, fry the beef slices in small portions max 3 minutes.
- Dry on paper towels.

- Mix soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sugar, chili paste, water and ginger together.
- Heat clean wok and fry onions and garlic briefly.
- Mix and stir the sauce into the wok.

- Optionally mix the meat into the wok as well or keep separate as desired.

Note: The oil has to be really hot and handle above 200 degree.
