Flammkuchen Mediterranean

flour 200 gram
salt 0.5 teaspoon
water 150 ml
olive oil 2 tablespoon
sour cream 100 gram
onion 1 piece
feta 100 gram
honey 50ml
salt 1 pinch
rosemary 5 pinches

Instructions (15 min. prep, 25 min. total)

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degree [todo: convection, topbottom, feucht]
  2. Mix flour, water, salt, water and olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Prep extra flour and water on the side if needed.
  4. Mix gently without kneading to a flat 2mm thick dough.
  5. Place onto baking paper on the grill tray.
  6. Cut onion into rings.
  7. Cut feta into slices.
  8. Spread the sour creme thinly across dough.
  9. Sprinkle onion, feta, salt, rosemary randomly. Really.
  10. Drop honey with a focus on the feta.
  11. Bake for 10 minutes at 240 degree.

Comments

The ready-to-use dough from Migros or Coop also works wonders. :)
One can mix the sour creme with creme fraiche.
