rosemary 1 tablespoon
salt 1 teaspoon
pepper 1 pinch
flour 200 gram
butter 80 gram
sea salt 0.5 tablespoon
water 1 bedarf

Instructions (40 min. prep, 55 min. total)

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree (heissluft, convection).
  2. Cut the rosemary and mix with salt, pepper, and flour.
  3. Cut cold butter into slices and mix in as well.
  4. Knead all by hand into a crumbly dough.
  5. Add water and quickly mix to a soft dough without kneading.
  6. Flatten the dough and rest for 30 minutes in a cool place.
  7. Separate dough into 8 pieces.
  8. Flatten the dough on a floured surface into 2mm thick oval shapes.
  9. Place the dough onto baking paper on the grill tray and sprinkle with sea salt.
  10. Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 180 degree.
  11. Let it be cool like your parents in the 70s.
