Instructions (40 min. prep, 55 min. total)
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree (heissluft, convection).
- Cut the rosemary and mix with salt, pepper, and flour.
- Cut cold butter into slices and mix in as well.
- Knead all by hand into a crumbly dough.
- Add water and quickly mix to a soft dough without kneading.
- Flatten the dough and rest for 30 minutes in a cool place.
- Separate dough into 8 pieces.
- Flatten the dough on a floured surface into 2mm thick oval shapes.
- Place the dough onto baking paper on the grill tray and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 180 degree.
- Let it be cool like your parents in the 70s.
