Bacon rolls

Bacon Rolls is a magnificient way to combine minced beef, cheese and bacon in a juicy taste.

Ingredients (1 portions)

beef minced 200 gram
bacon 4 slices
cheese 50 gram

Instructions (5 min. prep, 25 min. total)

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree.
  2. Cut cheese into 4 thin slices.
  3. Spread 4 slices of bacon on a plate slightly overlapping each other.
  4. Distribute the minced meat on top of the bacon slices.
  5. Place the cheese slices on one end.
  6. Roll up the bacon folding in the minced meat and cheese.
  7. Bake at 180 degree for 20 minutes.
