Instructions (10 min. prep, 10 min. total)
- Cut the Semmelknödel into 1cm cubes.
- Heat the butter in a pan.
- Fry Knödel at low heat for 10 minutes.
- Mix egg whites and yolks.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Pour egg mix over Knödel.
- Fry for 2 minutes till egg is coagulated.
- Separate into portions.
- Garnish with parsely.
