Dumplings with egg

Ingredients (2 portions)

semmelknödel 3 pieces
egg 3 pieces
butter 1 tablespoon
parsley 1 tablespoon
salt 1 pinch
pepper 1 pinch

Instructions (10 min. prep, 10 min. total)

  1. Cut the Semmelknödel into 1cm cubes.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan.
  3. Fry Knödel at low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix egg whites and yolks.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Pour egg mix over Knödel.
  7. Fry for 2 minutes till egg is coagulated.
  8. Separate into portions.
  9. Garnish with parsely.
