Instructions (10 min. prep, 30 min. total)
- Preheat oven to 180 degree.
- Peel and cut potatoes into 5mm slices.
- Cook potato in water in separate pot.
- Cut leek into 3cm stripes.
- Fry minced meat with leek in pan.
- Mix egg and cream well.
- Add layer of potato slices in baking form.
- Add layer of minced meat and leek.
- Add layer of egg and cream mix.
- Spice with salt, pepper and muscat.
- Repeat.
- Cover entirely with grated cheese.
- Bake at 180 degree for 20 minutes until golden brown.
