Lauch-Erdäpfel-Auflauf

Ingredients (6 portions)

leek 1 piece
potato 6 pieces
beef minced 400 gram
cream 150 ml
egg 1 piece
cheese 200 gram
salt 1 pinch
pepper 1 pinch
muscat 1 pinch

Instructions (10 min. prep, 30 min. total)

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree.
  2. Peel and cut potatoes into 5mm slices.
  3. Cook potato in water in separate pot.
  4. Cut leek into 3cm stripes.
  5. Fry minced meat with leek in pan.
  6. Mix egg and cream well.
  7. Add layer of potato slices in baking form.
  8. Add layer of minced meat and leek.
  9. Add layer of egg and cream mix.
  10. Spice with salt, pepper and muscat.
  11. Repeat.
  12. Cover entirely with grated cheese.
  13. Bake at 180 degree for 20 minutes until golden brown.
