Instructions (20 min. prep, 60 min. total)
- Preheat the oven to 150 degree.
- Mix the hot water and the Semmelbrösel. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Cut the onions in tiny 1mm by 1mm cubes. The smaller the better.
- Mix all minced meat, onions, oil, salt, pepper, koefte, rosemary spices - best with hand.
- Break the eggs and mix it with the meat.
- Mix in the soft Semmelbröselor couscous.
- Form 2 cm thick meat ovals.
- Optionally, add a thin slice of feta in the middle and close the meat around it.
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Heat up the oven to 200 degree and crisp out the Laiberl.
-
- Hinweis: Serves well with a sour creme dip.
Comments
Couscous works surprisingly well as replacement for Semmelbrösel.
