Fancy cabbage

Instructions (5 min. prep, 10 min. total)
- Tear off leaves, clean and dry the cabbage.
- Cut cabbage leaves into diagonal 2cm stripes.
- Cut garlic in 3mm cubes.
- Clean spring onion.
- Cut spring onion into 3mm slices.
- Heat peanut oil in wok until reaaaally hot.
- Add chili paste for 30 seconds.
- Add garlic until it seems fantastic.
- Add cabbage stripes for 1 minute.
- Add salt and water.
- Simmer covered for 3 minutes at low heat.
- Raise to medium heat.
- Mix in sugar, spring onion and soy sauce.
