Mega mit Burger

Ingredients (1 portions)

Ingredients Quantity Unit
beef minced 160 gram
onion 1 piece
bacon 20 gram
pickles 1 piece
cheese 1 slice
tomato 1 piece
lettuce 1 slice
salt 1 pinch
pepper 1 pinch
egg 1 piece
burger bun 1 piece
BBQ sauce 1 tablespoon

Instructions (20 min. prep, 30 min. total)

  1. Cut everything.
  2. Heat the BBQ grill or frying pan.
  3. Shape the paddy for the burger without pressing too much. Fluffier is better.
  4. In a separate pan, fry the egg.
  5. Start grilling or frying the paddy.
  6. When brown crispy enough, flip burger.
  7. 2 minutes before ready, grill the buns.
  8. 2 minutes before ready, add slice of cheese on top of paddy.
  9. Tell people to get moving to decorate their burgers.
  10. Place burger paddy directly onto prepared burger buns.
  11. Repeat.
  12. Enjoy the feast.

Good burger buns are hard to find but Indicio and Interspar have them!
