Instructions (20 min. prep, 30 min. total)
- Cut everything.
- Heat the BBQ grill or frying pan.
- Shape the paddy for the burger without pressing too much. Fluffier is better.
- In a separate pan, fry the egg.
- Start grilling or frying the paddy.
- When brown crispy enough, flip burger.
- 2 minutes before ready, grill the buns.
- 2 minutes before ready, add slice of cheese on top of paddy.
- Tell people to get moving to decorate their burgers.
- Place burger paddy directly onto prepared burger buns.
- Repeat.
- Enjoy the feast.
