Huhn in Tomatenknoblauchsauce

Ingredients (2 portions)

Ingredients Quantity Unit
chicken 200 gram
noodles 300 gram
tomato 4 pieces
frozen vegetables 100 gram
garlic 2 cloves
onion 1 pieces
oil 1 tablespoon
salt 1 pinch

Instructions (10 min. prep, 30 min. total)

  1. Boil water for the noodles.
  2. Once boiled, add the salt and noodles.
  3. Cook noodles for however long it takes.
  4. Cut onions into 5mm cubes.
  5. Hack garlic into a fine mash.
  6. Fry the onions in oil until golden brown.
  7. Cut chicken into 2cm pieces for Geschnetzeltes.
  8. Fry chicken on high heat until crispy but still juicy.
  9. When done, add the hacked garlic for 60 seconds.
  10. Add frozen vegetables to the onion pan and fry.
  11. When noodles are al dente, extract from pot.
  12. Fry noodles a bit in the onion pan.
  13. Add chicken pieces and tomatoes.
  14. Fry for a few more minutes.

Comments

Instead of fresh tomatoes, one can also use tomato pesto ca. 100 ml.
