Instructions (10 min. prep, 30 min. total)
- Boil water for the noodles.
- Once boiled, add the salt and noodles.
- Cook noodles for however long it takes.
- Cut onions into 5mm cubes.
- Hack garlic into a fine mash.
- Fry the onions in oil until golden brown.
- Cut chicken into 2cm pieces for Geschnetzeltes.
- Fry chicken on high heat until crispy but still juicy.
- When done, add the hacked garlic for 60 seconds.
- Add frozen vegetables to the onion pan and fry.
- When noodles are al dente, extract from pot.
- Fry noodles a bit in the onion pan.
- Add chicken pieces and tomatoes.
- Fry for a few more minutes.

Instead of fresh tomatoes, one can also use tomato pesto ca. 100 ml.
