Simple single-line instruction per line.
Mix together the spices: chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika/chipotle. Cut the meat into 3cm cubes. Add the meat to a large frying pan / wok. Cut the onions into 1cm cubes. Cut the garlic into 1mm slices. All all together and mix well in pan / wok. Pour the orange and lime juice over everything. Cover and simmer for 5 hours on medium heat. Stir once halfway through cooking. Shred the meet using two forks. Without the juices, spread the meat onto a baking sheet. Brown the meat in oven for 5 minutes until crispy brown.
