Simple single-line instruction per line.
Preheat oven to 180 degree grill. Salt and pepper the lamb rack. Fry the lamb rack for 6 minutes each side. Flip only once when brown. Place lamb rack into oven for 15 minutes. Cook potatoes und kohlrabi in water. Smash kohlrabi and some potatoes. Add butter and creme fraiche and mix mister magic. Mix rest of potatoes with bärlauch and butter.

Alternatively, instead of bärlauch, use fresh herbs and a bit of garlic and mix well.
