Simple single-line instruction per line.
Mix butter and sugar and egg until foamy. Mix in flour and hazelnuts. Split dough into two pieces. Roll into cylinder shape ca 3cm thick. Wrap in wrap and cool for 3 hours. Preheat the oven to 160 degree convection. Prep a backing board with baking paper. Cut 1cm slickes off the cylinders. Bake for 10 minutes, Let it cool, man. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Spread some white chocolate over the cookies. Spread some pistachios over the cookies.
