Biskuit-Tortenboden: Zutaten: für eine Torte mit 30 cm Durchmesser (oder ein Backblech) 6 (8) Eier 18 (24) dag Zucker 18 (24) dag Mehl Fett und Brösel für die Tortenform (oder Backpapier für Blech) Joghurt-Sahne-Masse: 1/2 l Naturjoghurt 20 dag Zucker 1 Packung Vanillezucker 9 Blatt Gelatine 1/2 l Schlag 2 Sahnesteif Früchte je nach Geschmack, klein geschnitten Eier und Zucker dickschaumig rühren (ca 10 min). Mehl vorsichtig unterheben und danach in die mit Fett und Brösel beschmierte Tortenform füllen. (oder auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtem Backblech verteilen). Bei 180 Grad ca 30-40 min backen. Tortenboden auskühlen lassen, danach 1-mal durchschneiden und mit Marmelade (am besten Marillenmarmelade) bestreichen und wieder zusammensetzen. (Backblech: Biskuitboden einfach mit Marmelade bestreichen) Wand der Tortenform mit Alufolie auskleiden und den fertigen Tortenboden in die Form zurückgeben. Anschließend mit der Joghurt-Sahne Masse füllen. Joghurt-Sahne-Masse: Naturjoghurt mit Zucker und Vanillezucker verrühren. Gelatine im kalten Wasser erweichen. In der Zwischenzeit Schlag mit Sahnesteif schlagen, die Früchte kleinschneiden und gut abtropfen lassen. Aufgeweichte Gelatine gut ausdrücken und in 5 Esslöffel Rum oder Maraschino erwärmen und unter die Joghurtmasse rühren. Steifgeschlagenen Schlag und die Früchte ebenfalls unterheben. Die Masse auf den Biskuitboden gießen. Im Kühlschrank fest werden lassen und mit Früchten verzieren, anschließend Folie abziehen.
