Simple single-line instruction per line.
Wash the bok choy. Cut it into mouth-appropriate sizes. Cut spring onions into rings. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Heat the work with some oil. Fry the white onion parts. Add the sliced garlic. Add bok choy. Add sugar and soy sauce. Fry intensely till sauce is brown. Serve hot.
