Simple single-line instruction per line.
Peel ginger with a teaspoon. Cut ginger into thin 1mm stripes. Cook whole pork piece with ginger and wine for 20 minutes. When done, let it cool down. Cut pork piece against texture in 2mm thick stripes. Cut bell pepper into 2cm pieces. Wash and cut leek into 2cm pieces. Heat oil in a wok at medium heat. Fry the leek for one minute. Add and fry the bell peppers. Move vegetables to side of wok. Add chili paste and fry up at medium heat. Add bean paste, soy sauce and pork stripes. Fry the pork stripes real good. Mix everything in the wok. Add sea salt as desired. Serve immediately.
